1. Acceptance of Terms

ta905 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• Your account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months;
